Posted Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 4:00 AM Senior Manager, Product Marketing What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Manager, Product Marketing within our USVP division. This position falls under our Marketing line of business and is located in a remote-first environment. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting brands such as Fuelman, Corpay One, Corpay Complete, and World Elite Mastercard. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on driving growth for our Fleet Payment and Expense Management solutions serving small business and lower middle market customers. You’ll be responsible for product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional coordination across marketing channels. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and regularly collaborate with product, IT, marketing, creative, and sales. How We Work As a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Full home office set up Company-issued equipment with remote access Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Building a deep understanding of SMB and mid-market customer needs, competitors, and market dynamics Defining positioning, segmentation, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences Developing go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and integrations Launching card products and positioning them effectively in the market Partnering with Sales leadership to deliver training, playbooks, and competitive battlecards that drive adoption and increase win rates Creating impactful sales and marketing assets with the Content team (webinars, guides, videos, case studies, blog posts) Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, creative, paid social, website, and advertising Gathering and sharing customer insights to inform strategy and execution Activating marketing channels for consistent messaging across platforms Exercise independent judgment in prioritization, campaign recommendations, and stakeholder alignment Travel approximately 10–15% Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 7–8 years in B2B product marketing, sales enablement, or go-to-market roles (payments/fintech or SMB-focused solutions preferred) Experience with product positioning, messaging, launching products, and go-to-market plans Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (preferred) Fleet, payments, or financial services industry experience (preferred) Strong communicator and collaborator, skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Analytical and creative thinker with a customer-first mindset Comfortable navigating ambiguity with an entrepreneurial approach Strong problem-solving skills, people skills, and the ability to juggle priorities with minimal handholding Organized, flexible, and positive attitude Experience leading teams and coaching talent Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1 st month after hire Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
