We are a busy practice with over 70 providers and 2 outpatient clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the medical group. Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and patient care. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, staff, patients, and community partners. Lead initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care. Represent the organization in professional and community settings. Serves as an active participant on select committees as determined by the Board of Directors.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred. 10 + years in a senior leadership role within a healthcare setting preferred. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
