About the Role
The Company is seeking a Project Executive - Owners Rep with a strong background in multifamily and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of multiple projects, managing all aspects of the construction process including contractors, contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality. This role requires the ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors, and to ensure trust and value throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 15-25 years in the construction industry, and a deep understanding of the local subcontractor and vendor market. Applicants for the Project Executive - Owners Rep position at the company should be well-versed in reading construction drawings, and have a strong background in process improvement and scheduling. Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are crucial, as is proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar.
