About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Construction to serve as the strategic leader for field operations, safety, schedule performance, and construction excellence. This role is pivotal in owning the delivery process at scale, with a focus on protecting margins, ensuring client satisfaction, and developing the next generation of leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a repeatable system that drives growth, refining and enforcing the operating framework, and championing technology adoption. Key outcomes include standing up a regional leadership structure, improving schedule reliability, and delivering on-time project performance with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in construction leadership, with a proven track record in program delivery across multiple markets. The role requires a deep understanding of scheduling, field operations, and financial acumen, as well as a tech-forward mindset with expertise in Procore and analytics. The Vice President will be expected to build, coach, and retain high-performing regional teams, standardize workflows, and oversee cost controls and financial discipline. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to drive adoption and data accuracy. The position demands a leader who is a standardizer, capable of maintaining and strengthening key client relationships, and who is committed to enhancing safety and quality programs while increasing client satisfaction and repeat business.
