As an SDR at GG Homes, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to sell their property. Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling, qualifying inbound leads, managing seller relationships, and setting appointments for our Account Executives. You’ll be expected to stay persistent in your outreach, keep meticulous notes in our CRM, and follow up consistently to turn interest into action. Follow up with leads over time through phone, text, and email ~ Set appointments for the Acquisitions/Account Executive team ~ Accurately input and manage lead information in our CRM ~ Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus ~ Clear communicator with strong phone presence and excellent interpersonal skills ~ 60k Base Draw + Uncapped Commission ~ Expected OTE: $100,000+ annually depending on performance Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k ~ Homebuyers Program – we’ll help you become a homeowner! ~ Come help homeowners and make a real impact at GG Homes.
