LHH is seeking a
IT Operations Manager
to aid a client in the Computer Hardware Manufacturing space. The IT Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing IT service delivery, procurement, and asset lifecycle management. This role ensures system reliability, cost-effective purchasing, and accurate asset tracking in alignment with organizational policies and budgets. Key Responsibilities
Lead IT service desk operations and ensure timely incident resolution.
Define and enforce SLAs, procedures, and performance metrics.
Manage system upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance.
Oversee IT procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
Align purchases with budgets and compliance requirements.
Forecast procurement needs and manage IT asset lifecycle.
Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.
Ensure license compliance and support audits.
Collaborate with InfoSec and data privacy teams on compliance.
Qualifications
8+ years in IT operations, procurement, and asset management.
3+ years in a leadership role managing IT teams.
Strong experience with ServiceNow and lifecycle management.
Skilled in vendor negotiation and financial controls.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (advanced degree preferred)

Pay Details:
