About the Role We’re hiring two Account Executives (AE) to drive outbound and inbound B2B sales. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing. This is an in-person role where you’ll play a part in refining and scaling our sales strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: Identify, engage, and close B2B customers
Prospect & qualify leads: Work closely with SDRs or self-source opportunities
Manage pipeline & forecasting: Stay on top of deals and optimize your sales process
Experiment & iterate: Run creative outbound and growth experiments to generate demand
Who You Are Must-Haves:
3-8+ years of experience in B2B tech sales
Startup experience (comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments)
Proven sales progression (started as an SDR/BDR before becoming an AE)
Well-versed in CRM & automation tools (Attio, Clay, etc.)
Driven & proactive: You take ownership and execute with speed
Able to work in person: This is not a remote or hybrid role

High productivity & hustle (workes hard and love closing deals)
Bias for action & strong in execution (initiates and execute projects with urgency)
