Job Summary:Texas Labor Corp is hiring skilled individuals to work in sheet metal fabrication and press brake operations. The ideal candidates will operate machines, fabricate, and assemble metal components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, shape, and form sheet metal parts. Fabricate, assemble, and inspect sheet metal components (ducts, panels, boxes, etc.). Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production. Perform routine maintenance on equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or Sheet Metal Worker. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and precision in fabrication. Knowledge of safety protocols and machine maintenance. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Work Schedule & Compensation:
Monday - Friday, standard business hours. Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Job Type: Full-time
