Staffmark is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Seasonal Customer Service Representative to assist with pecan gift orders during the busy holiday season. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable on the phone and computer, we want to hear from you!
Pay: $12.00/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday (Seasonal Role)
What You'll Do:
Answer and manage incoming calls and emails from both businesses and consumers
Assist customers with product questions, order placement, returns, and tracking information
Provide a professional, empathetic, and positive customer experience
Accurately input and update customer profiles/accounts in the system
Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate to enhance the customer's experience
Follow all customer service protocols and procedures
Stay informed on product details to confidently communicate options and recommendations
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environment preferred
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Strong computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle returns, refunds, and order tracking professionally
