This position requires collaboration with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

We have an immediate opening for a dual role of Medical Assisting/Patient Service Rep to join our Waldorf office. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 7 am - 4 pm and two weekends per year and two holidays per year. Pay: $19-$22.

Responsibilities

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, you will be responsible for:

• Assists with theclinical care of fertility patients.
• High volume of phlebotomy Maintain supplies for the blood drawing stations.
• Provides patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions.
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients’ families.
• Works independently to assure the program goals are achieved.
• Support and promote excellence in customer service!

What You'll Bring:

The skills and education we need are:

• Front Desk Experience Preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required.
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
