Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Florissant, MO. The Administrative Assistant will perform various day-to-day clerical tasks, including handling phone communications, providing executive administrative support, maintaining records, and managing office supplies. The role will also involve collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth office operations and assisting with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with non-profit organizations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
