Your Role

Tetra Tech Inc. Disaster Recovery (TDR) is currently hiring for Administrative Assistants. The Administrative Assistant will have extraordinary attention to detail and be responsible for executing and overseeing daily assigned administrative duties to include but not limited to project/staffing support, priority and task tracking, meeting minutes, and calendar coordination for deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting, entering, and tracking data while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Answering and managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
  • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
  • Maintaining and organizing physical and digital filing systems
  • Support all project staff with various administrative duties
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and other key staff to ensure accurate and timely completion and submission of reports and other documentation
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees, including the setup of the workplace

Qualifications

  • Office suite proficiency (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word experience required)
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
  • Work attentively with minimal supervision
  • Have extraordinary attention to detail
  • Adaptable to work on simultaneous tasks and maintain professionalism

The ideal candidate will preferably have

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality

This position with Tetra Tech is temporary and on an "as needed" basis and will end. It is understood that your employment is to be on an "at will" basis.
