Job Description

Performance/Load Tester is needed for a long-term contract in Montvale, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in HP testing tools and excellent communication skills.

The role requires:

• 4 years of experience with ALM/Quality Center
• 7 years of experience in LoadRunner scripting
• 4 years of experience in Quick Test Pro scripting
• Experience with implementing QA process design, standards, and process improvement
• Expertise in agile software methodologies and its implementation
• Experience using QA Tools such as UFT/Quick Test Pro, LoadRunner/Performance Center, and ALM/Quality Center
• Extensive LoadRunner scripting experience
• Ability to set up workload profiles for test scenarios
• Experience working with multiple protocols and systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills with HP tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with integrating Quality Center with other HP tools
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong innovation, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities
• Strong communication and project management skills
