This role is more than knocking on doors and is where many of our leaders began their careers. Backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, retail, or the military tend to thrive here, but we welcome anyone who’s positive, driven, and ready for a challenge. You’ll receive paid training, earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses, and build real sales skills. Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
• Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
• Customer Service: Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
• Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self-aware.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or canvassing a plus but not required.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to the office.

Pay Range: USD $25.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
