Looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician for local residential heating and cooling air conditioning company with some light commercial applications.

We will guarantee FULL salary pay weekly even during slow / non-peak seasons to ensure that you will have a steady reliable paycheck and we also offer weekly / monthly bonuses for daily quotas or equipment sales.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems; properly diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating systems.
• Work with a growing team and maintain a clean, professional appearance; communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Be self-motivated but able to take direction and contribute to a growing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years total HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in residential HVAC air conditioner and heater repair.
• Ability to work weekends if necessary.
• Clean professional appearance, dependable, good communication skills.
