The Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support our growing inspection analytics programs for major utility clients. This role will focus on building data pipelines, cleaning and validating inspection data, analyzing operational performance, and developing actionable insights that drive decision-making. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to turn raw data into business intelligence that supports infrastructure safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines for inspection and operational datasets.
• Perform advanced data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for inspection and asset management programs.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and predictive insights that inform future planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, field, analytics, client stakeholders) to deliver business-critical insights.
• Support visualization and reporting through BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency with SQL, Python (especially Pandas), and Excel.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets in a production environment.
• Proven ability to design and manage ETL workflows and data pipelines.
• Experience in building dashboards and visualizations (Power BI preferred).
• Understanding of KPIs, operational metrics, and predictive analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments.

Nice to Have

• Background in utilities, infrastructure, aviation, or startups, where adaptability was key.
• Experience applying machine learning or predictive modeling techniques to operational data.
