Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm. This position may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals; however, weekly in-person work at the listed office location is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and document problems with business processes that can be supported by analytical, reporting, modeling, or data products.
• Employ discovery and documentation methodologies to help end users and stakeholders define current and future utilization of analytical, reporting, modeling, and data products within their business operations.
• Gather business requirements from end users and stakeholders for analytical, reporting, modeling, and data product needs.
• Prioritize issues with business and development teams to achieve objectives.
• Create functional specifications for analytical, reporting, modeling, and data products.
• Achieve subject matter expertise with the business stakeholders you serve.
• Maintain necessary business process documentation supporting the Report Development Life Cycle (RDLC) and Data Governance documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document improvements, ensuring relevance and accuracy of solutions.
• Participate in designing and conducting test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Train end users.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Position Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in IT, Analytics, Business or Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or an applicable business area (e.g., Inventory Management, Order Management, Supply Chain, Financials, Project Management, Change Management).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
• Strong quantitative aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam).

Preferred Position Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Project management or Change management experience.
• Process mapping experience.
• Experience with Jira or similar programs for managing documentation and work progress.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
