Overview
Costco Roadshow Sales Representative — part time. Promote products, share knowledge, and apply selling skills when engaging with consumers.

Working Conditions:
- Primarily on-site in a retail environment, standing up to 10 hours per day
- May require lifting of heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods
- Weekend and evening availability as needed for customer demand
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing knowledgeable guidance on roadshow products
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of roadshow products, educating and illustrating key features and benefits
- Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs, lifestyle requirements, and budget
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed roadshow sales goals and performance targets by communicating product value and closing sales
- Product Demonstrations: Provide hands-on demonstrations highlighting key features and product quality
- Order Processing: Guide customers through the order process and assist with checkout documentation
- Roadshow Display Setup & Teardown: Coordinate with store personnel to locate display materials, set up the booth area, and assist with teardown
- Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display area and sales floor
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or sales; knowledge of the Costco working environment is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to learn and retain product information quickly and explain complex details simply
- Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced retail environment
