Waltham Costco Sales Rep - $23-$25/hr + COMMISSION!

We are currently hiring for the Waltham location. Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors. This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol and Zena. Websites are qunol.com and zenanutrition.com.

Responsibilities include demonstrating features, benefits, and value of our products and actively engaging customers at Costco. You will be trained to encourage sales of our products, including NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products.

Schedule

Available Demo Days/Hours: 10am-5:30pm, Monday-Sunday

Compensation

• Starting at $23-$25 per hour + bonus based on surpassing sale quotas
• W-2 employment
• Promotional kit provided; bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit

Products and Bonuses

We have various products in Costco: Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Turmeric, and Magnesium Gummies. This week we have 3 products on sale. The bonus structure outlines earnings potential based on daily sales:

• Sell 30 Super Greens — $90 in commission
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen — $60 in commission
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) — $15 in commission

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to lift and carry a 4 ft folding table (about 30 pounds) from parking lot to store and back, and carry products and sales materials to and from your car at the start and end of each shift
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work independently as the only team member per location

• Email and basic computer/mobile device skills

Job Description

We promote high-quality Super Greens, Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric products. We need energetic, courteous, and sales-driven Sales Representatives to represent and sell our health and nutritional products and to build a highly motivated sales team.

• Are you physically able to move a portable table and supplies (up to 35 lbs) from your car to the store and back?
• Costco policy requires wearing hairnet/beard net (if applicable) and disposable gloves for sanitation purposes — are you comfortable with this?
• Are you okay purchasing a 4x2 ft portable table and submitting a receipt for reimbursement?
• Do you have a working computer or laptop with a webcam?

This is a part-time direct sales position in a large retail environment. We hire for 2-4 days per week; shifts are 10am-5:30pm. Weekends are the best commission days.
