Warehouse Associate

We at Kelly are seeking Warehouse Associates to work in Louisville, KY.

This is a great opportunity for a career position for experienced warehouse associates.

Shift

• 2nd shift- Monday- Friday 5PM- 1AM

19.50 per hour

Temp to hire

You will train on the first shift until July 14- Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

What's a typical day as a Warehouse Associate?

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to :

• Receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming shipments
• Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered correctly
• Authenticating products received
• Re-packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Shipping items out end of day
• Perform general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods
• Achieve quality metrics and productivity goals daily

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to evolving work-flows and responsibilities
• Good verbal communication skills
• Capacity to work on your feet for several hours
• Lift up to 50lbs as needed
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
