Warehouse Manager Job at Manpower Group (USA) in Jeffersonville

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Warehouse Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders and assisting in a warehouse and fulfillment environment.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Pay Rate: Starting pay $29.00/hr. (Increases depending on shift)
Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Job Duties:

• Provides day-to-day assistance in tracking and managing issues that arise from the warehouse
• Ensures all issues are logged accurately, updates status as actions are taken, and maintains clear documentation for leadership visibility.
• Support the war room lead by monitoring resolution progress, coordinating with warehouse staff and functional teams, and preparing routine reports and dashboards.
• Keeping information current and ensuring timely follow-up on operational challenges
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Requirements

• Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
• Technologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner
• Ability to train new employees on company procedures and job duties
• Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements (push, pull, lift)
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 25–50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to stand in one area for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach frequently

Shift: Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th)

• 1st shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Thursday
• 2nd shift: 5:00pm - 3:30am Monday-Thursday
• 4th shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm Friday-Sunday
• 5th shift: 5:00pm - 5:30am Friday-Sunday
