The Role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Boca Raton facility. You’ll oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and fulfillment, while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical and cold-chain handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, and shipping
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse associates
• Oversee inventory accuracy and order fulfillment
• Maintain compliance with cold-chain handling and pharma regulations
• Partner with leadership to optimize warehouse layout, processes, and systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse/logistics management experience
• Experience with cold-chain or regulated products preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on manager comfortable in a growing operation
• Must be based in South Florida and able to work on-site in Boca Raton
