Overview

CDL Heavy Equipment Operator in Hampstead, MD. Ultimate LLC is immediate hiring for commercial projects. Pay is $27-30 per hour based on experience. All heavy equipment operators are scheduled 40+ hours a week. Weekly pay with optional direct deposit.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (hammer truck, lever equipment such as backhoe and dozer) and ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and complete inspection checklists.
• Perform routine maintenance; note service due dates, check fluid levels, and verify equipment is in good running order.
• Clean and maintain tools, jobsite, trucks, and equipment.
• Provide general labor support as needed between stops.
• DOT Medical Card is required.

Trade / Qualification Requirements

• 2-5 years of operating experience.
• Appropriate PPE (hard hat, vest, steel-toe boots).
• Must have basic hand tools to perform trade.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 80 lbs without assistance.
• Drug test required.
• Background check required.
• Clean driving record.
• Current Class A CDL license.
