• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift Schedule:
  • Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM
  • Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
• Minimum Commitment: 1.78 FTEs needed
• Practice Setting: Physician-led Emergency Department
• Facility Details:
  • Annual Volume: 10,316 patient visits
  • 10 ED Beds | 89 Hospital Beds
  • Moderate Acuity Level
  • 12% Admission Rate
  • Pediatrics: 15% of patient volume
  • No Trauma Designation (Nearest Trauma Center 31 miles away)
• EMR System: Cerner
• Scribe Coverage: None
• Travel & Lodging: Provided

Patient Load & Flow:

• Patients Per Hour: 1.15
• Transfers: 5.15%

Procedures & Responsibilities:

• Admitting Orders: Not required
• Floor Code Response: Yes
• Radiology Reads & Bedside Ultrasound: Available
• EMS Base Station: Yes

Specialty Backup Available:

• CT, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Radiology, Ultrasound

Provider Requirements:

• Certification: Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Licensure: Active & Unrestricted IN State License & DEA
• Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS
