Position Summary

: The Hospitality Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across all Bluejack business units, including club operations, food & beverage, culinary, front office, housekeeping, and executive leadership as well for our building division with roles in design, construction, project management, and sales. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand staffing needs, build talent pipelines and foster networking opportunities, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting the organization’s culture and brand standards. This is a remarkable opportunity to work alongside the executive leadership in Aledo (Ft. Worth), Montgomery (North Houston) and Old Parkland (Dallas) offices. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in recruiting or sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. Additionally, the ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to curate a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Proactively source, screen, and recruit candidates for hourly, management, and executive roles within hospitality operations.
  • Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of hospitality professionals through job boards, career fairs, social media, professional associations, and industry events.
  • Partnership with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with department heads and leaders to define job requirements, develop job postings, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Interview & Selection: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and coordinate the hiring process including scheduling, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and reputation in the marketplace, highlighting career opportunities, benefits, and growth pathways.
  • Onboarding Support: Partner with HR and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, turnover trends).
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and employment regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within the hospitality, hotel, or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality roles and operational structures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and service excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in hospitality or construction is preferred.
