Responsibilities
- Leads full cycle recruitment efforts for hourly positions to support business operations and maintain proper staffing levels.
- Manages temporary staffing partners as business needs dictate.
- Builds strong collaboration with supervisors and crew scheduler in understanding staffing needs.
- Develops and maintains good employee communications/relations to promote positive teamwork attitudes and overall company retention.
- Performs data analysis to determine gaps and recommends solutions.
- Prepares relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Supports all internal and external audits related to human resources functions.
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines as related to human resources activities.
- Supports the development and implementation of initiatives that create an engaged workforce.
- Provides great customer service to everyone ensuring others get the support required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 3+ years working in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on recruitment
- 2+ years working in a Manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Food Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Spanish language skills preferred (fluency not required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and other related software
- Effective communicator at all levels including delivering presentations on a routine basis.
