Responsibilities

  • The Sr. HR Coordinator (Contingent Worker) will be part of the Peripheral Intervention (PI) HR team and will work closely with business leaders and associates of the Sales organization to ensure effective onboarding of associates.
  • Facilitate understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems. Provide ongoing support in HR policies, benefits, talent acquisition, Workday, onboarding, offboarding, payroll and reporting requirements.
  • Support the HR function in employee activities, support of associate resource groups (ARG), communication and assist with administrative duties as needed.
  • Report to the Sr. HR Manager and be based in Tempe, AZ. Work onsite Monday - Thursday, with Friday remote.
  • Receives and responds to inquiries from Client associates regarding matters in the PI Sales organization and assists with routing in the human capital management system.
  • Act as liaison between Sales and the Associate Service Center (ASC) to support interactions via phone and email, including inquiries, feedback, incidents, and knowledge base responses.
  • Use computerized systems for tracking and information gathering; resolve routine problems; document issues and actions; redirect employees to self-service options.
  • Perform proactive outbound follow-up and execute tasks per standard operating procedures, including data entry in Workday or other systems.
  • Build relationships across operations supported by the ASC.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding for the Sales organization; ensure electronic completion of new associate paperwork in Workday and ADP.
  • Support strategic HR projects (reports, spreadsheets, attraction and retention initiatives).
  • Maintain physical and digital employment files; assist with HR reports for Leadership Team.

Qualifications

  • Day shift requirement; on-site with potential remote Friday.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with case management systems, knowledge portals, and HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., Taleo, Workday, SAP).
  • Ability to resolve routine problems independently; strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to compose routine written communications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Occasional overtime may be required.
