This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.
We’re looking for a highly experienced and strategically minded Executive Assistant to support our Chief Product & Engineering Officer. This is a critical, high-visibility position that requires proactive judgment, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with our CPEO to help manage priorities, streamline execution across teams, and ensure they are operating at peak effectiveness.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, and communications with precision and discretion. Anticipate needs and stay several steps ahead.
- Align the CPEO’s schedule with shifting business priorities across Product, Engineering, and broader company initiatives.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and trusted liaison both internally and externally.
- Act as an extension of the CPEO by preparing executive briefings, coordinating high-impact projects, and tracking key deliverables.
- Help ensure priorities across Product & Engineering are clearly communicated and followed through.
- Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CPEO.
- Maintain strong, professional communication with internal stakeholders across technical and business functions.
- Plan and manage leadership meetings, offsites, and cross-functional touchpoints.
- Own agendas, logistics, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Maintain awareness of and communicate the whereabouts and availability of the CPEO to relevant internal teams.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, HR, and other business functions to drive clarity, efficiency, and follow-through.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, demonstrating sound judgment at all times.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 7+ years of executive support experience, preferably in a tech-forward or high-growth organization
- Experience supporting C-level executives; exposure to product and engineering functions is a strong plus
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand company priorities and act accordingly
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and adept at anticipating needs

The estimated base salary range for this position is $103,000-120,000.
