Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnose and repair mechanical issues using system diagnostics and testing
- Perform efficient, high-quality repair work in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with service advisors, management, and occasionally customers
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality completion of repairs
- Collaborate with technicians, service advisors, parts department, and service manager
- Stay current with factory training, certifications, and technical education
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair automotive issues
- A.S.E. certification preferred
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and operate shop tools without impairment
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
