I am looking to hire a full-time Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller for a reputable manufacturing company in North Chicago, IL (60064). This role is permanent and is looking to interview/start immediately!

Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Bonus: 20%

Schedule: M-F, 8am – 5pm (flexible)

Remote: No, 100% onsite

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations within manufacturing company
• Responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance to ensure accurate and timely financial data
• Analyze financial performance, streamline accounting processes
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (CPA or CMA)
• 5+ years of accounting, 2+ years in leadership role
• Ideally 5-15 years of experience with small-mid sized public experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
