Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Type: Temporary Project
• Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
• Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.

Required

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in a business analyst, executive assistant, or project coordination role (3-5 years);
• Experience supporting senior leaders and managing high-level administrative tasks;
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau);
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.

Preferred

• Cybersecurity or IT experience;

Responsibilities

• Manage a senior Cybersecurity Executive’s complex calendar, travel, and meeting logistics.
• Conduct complex operational analyses that support informed decision-making.
• Conduct research and prepare reports on cybersecurity trends, risks, and business impacts.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytical models to support decision-making.
• Coordinate and monitor cybersecurity project activities and timelines.
• Draft executive communications, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements.
