We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our Philadelphia, PA region.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Care for census of 5-6 patients
• Provide or assist in ADL activities; personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails
• Assist with toileting, positioning and transfer activities, frequent turning and positioning for bed-bound patients
• Assist with prescribed exercise and range-of-motion activities as taught by the Hospice Nurse
• Assist with light housekeeping of the patient’s unit or room, including changing bed linens and laundry
• Feed and assist with meals
• Report changes in patient condition to the Nurse

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• Meets training requirements of the State
• Minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training (at least 16 hours supervised practical, and at least 16 hours classroom)
• One year of experience as a CNA, hospice aide or home health aide (Hospice preferred)
• Must be a licensed driver with insured automobile in good working order and current auto insurance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
