Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of our production process, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. As a Production Assistant, you will work closely with producers, directors, and other crew members in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-production preparations including scheduling and coordinating logistics.
• Support the production team during shoots by helping with equipment setup and breakdown.
• Organize and manage production materials and supplies effectively throughout the project.
• Perform administrative tasks such as note-taking, filing, and maintaining production schedules.
• Communicate with crew members and talent to ensure everyone is informed and on task.
• Help with research and sourcing locations, props, and talent as needed for projects.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a production setting or relevant internships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in using standard production equipment and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
