Manufacturing Engineer Job at Insight Global in Burlington

Insight Global is seeking an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to support an Energy Client! This opportunity is based out of Burlington, WA, and will be on site. Additionally, this opportunity offers quick interviews, competitive rates (ranging from $100K-$125K based off of years of experience) and there is lots of stability and room for growth, as this is a direct hire opportunity.

Must Haves

• Ability to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship now or at any point in the future
• Ability to work on site in Burlington 5x a week
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years in high-volume automated manufacturing
• Ideally has PV or electronics manufacturing experience
• Strong working knowledge of SPC, DOE, PFMEA, control plans and compliance standards.
• Especially: UL 61730, IEC 61215, ISO 9001
• Proven experience with automation & robotics; troubleshooting PLCs, and NPI

Job Description

• The Project and Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting machinery quotations, developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes for solar panel / PV module production and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities also include overseeing projects, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring compliance with standards. The individual also coaches and trains team members and develops SOPs, SWIs, and PFMEA for new production lines
