Job Description

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment within the facility. This position ensures that workspaces, restrooms, and common areas are sanitary and presentable, supporting the overall well-being of employees, visitors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners; transport waste to designated collection areas.
• Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring supplies (soap, paper products, etc.) are replenished.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, events, or special projects as assigned.
