Our diverse laboratories perform routine and specialty analytical testing for compliance, safety, certification and verification purposes.

Overview

Under general supervision, performs a variety of custodial duties to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned rooms, buildings, and related facilities.

The custodian will be following a cleaning schedule that will include:

• Clean bathrooms and break rooms daily (clean, mop, stock, etc)
• Sweep and mop floors in laboratory daily
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Dust office areas and blinds
• Clean interior and exterior windows
• Assume other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Required previous custodial type services
• Motivated and fast paced personality
• Multi tasking, good decision maker, goal oriented
• Must be able to work independently and accurately
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance history

Physical Demands

• This position requires sitting, standing, bending, and lifting for 100% of an 8 hour day
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
