Overview
Elite Sports Mentor, Sports Academy (Remote) - $150,000/year USD
ELITE ATHLETES ONLY: Transform Your Championship Mindset Into Life-Changing Mentorship. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an in-person role located on-site in Austin, TX.
If you've competed at the highest level (Olympian, world championship experience, D1 First Team All-American) you already know the discipline, grit, and mindset it takes to win. What if your next arena wasn't the field, court, or cage, but the lives of high-potential student-athletes who need a mentor like you? At Texas Sports Academy, we\'re building the most innovative K–12 school in the country. A place where sport isn\'t a sideshow, but a core part of how we teach life. This isn\'t a classroom job, and it\'s not a casual coaching gig. It\'s a hands-on, all-in role where you\'ll use your elite athletic experience to shape discipline, leadership, and academic focus in the next generation. You\'ll lead high-energy motivational sessions, coach life skills through daily sport, and deliver mentorship that sticks because you\'ve lived it. If you\'re ready to coach beyond the scoreboard and change lives at scale, we want to hear from you.

- Leading 1:1 motivation sessions grounded in academic and personal progress
- Facilitating life skill workshops using storytelling, reflection, and interactive coaching
- Running afternoon athletic practices that build grit, teamwork, and accountability
- Tracking student progress and holding high standards for both mindset and performance
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Teaching in a traditional classroom setting
- Sitting on the sidelines as a passive observer
- Running unstructured, aimless practices
- Managing administrative paperwork or academic grading
- Coaching recreational or non-competitive athletes
