Overview
Early Childhood Educational Sports Coach — Greater Loudoun, VA area. We are hiring energetic coaches to lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety. New coaches can work 5-25 classes per week and earn from $20 to $45 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety.
- Provide individual attention to help each child succeed.
- Maintain a non-competitive, stress-free class environment.
- Use positive reinforcement and attend regular trainings; follow the coaching manual.
Qualifications
- Reliable communication
- Reliable transportation
- Passion for working with children
- Positive mindset and desire to have fun while teaching
- 18 years or older
- No soccer experience required
Schedule
The majority of classes are mid-morning, early afternoon, after-school, and weekends. Availability on some of the listed days/times:
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Weekends: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Location
Classes are held across Loudoun County, VA and surrounding areas in pre-schools, parks, and recreation centers. Coaches may travel up to one hour to class locations.
