Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. $52.00-$59.00/hr The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of [CA]
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
