Job Title: Bartender

Place of Work: Lost Boy Dry Goods

We’ve combined our love for a good English pub with the feel of an old Captain’s tavern in a Colorado’s miner saloon. Cocktails are straightforward classics, draught beer taps are cold and sandwiches are built fresh. There’s footie in the morning, Happy Hour in the afternoon and no nonsense hanging throughout the night.

Main Duties

• Strong classic cocktail knowledge
• Provide the highest level of service at all times and exceed the guest’s expectations.
• Handle work related problems and resolve them in a positive and professional way
• Have knowledge of how to build and construct cocktails.
• Perform the highest level of food service
• Properly use bar tools and work in a clean and organized manner.
• Collect payment and operate Breadcrumb POS
• Adhere to licensing guidelines at all times
• Perform opening and closing procedures to company standards
• Oversee that the current bar set-up for bottles and any display are accurately executed in accordance with standards set by the bar manager.
• Thrive in high-volume environments with the ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Perform physical activities such as lifting, stooping, and moving
• High level knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
• Punctual
• Follows directions
• Perform all duties without complaint from themselves or their co-workers
