At MAX Fitness & Wellness Woodbridge, we’re not just a workout—we’re a transformation experience. We’re looking for a Group Fitness Instructor who can bring the energy, lead with heart, and help our members crush their goals inside and out.

What You’ll Do (and love doing):

  • Be a role model of positivity, leadership, and team spirit

  • Lead high-energy 45-minute workouts (Cardio, Strength, HIIT, Kickboxing) that challenge and uplift

  • Offer smart modifications to keep workouts safe and effective for all levels

  • Cheer members on as they set goals—and celebrate when they smash them

  • Coach members through our proven nutrition program with encouragement and accountability

  • Show up prepared, dependable, and ready to make an impact

  • Embody the spirit of THE MAX: fun, supportive, upbeat, and all-in!

What We’re Looking For:

  • AED/CPR certified

  • 1–3 years of group fitness experience preferred

  • Nationally accredited fitness certification strongly preferred (ACE, NASM, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, NCCPT, NESTA)

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivation skills

  • Basic understanding of nutrition (bonus if you’re certified!)

  • Willing to train the right candidate—if you’ve got the heart, we’ll teach the rest

Schedule:

  • Part-time and flexible (early mornings and/or evenings)

  • Classes run Monday–Saturday

About Us:

Max Fitness & Wellness combines energizing fitness classes, simple nutritional guidance, and nonstop motivation to help members transform their lives in just 10 weeks. We’ve helped tens of thousands of people nationwide not only reshape their bodies—but rediscover their confidence, courage, and drive.

Pay:

$20–$35 per class, based on experience
