CNA – Long-Term Care Facility (PRN and Contract Available) – Barco, NC

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of healthcare professionals serving long-term care residents. You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high-quality patient care. Employer: Prolific Nursing and Concierge Services, PLLC. Staffing Partner to Long-Term Care Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in resident conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and facility staff.
• Follow HIPAA, resident rights, and infection control protocols.
• Support mobility needs, including transferring and repositioning.
• Promptly respond to call lights and resident requests.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of NC
• Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• One year of CNA experience in the long-term care setting (mandatory)
• Ability to lift, move, and transport residents
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional
• Willingness to work different assignments with no questions asked
