As we expand, we're seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to lead onsite operations and ensure project excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily onsite construction activities and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications
• Conduct site walkthroughs and maintain detailed field reports
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to communicate updates
• Lead site meetings and contribute to project planning and closeout

 Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven success with build-outs and renovation projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with construction software (Procore preferred)
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
