Accountant
Please note that this job is HYBRID. You will be required to work partially in the Boulder office and partially from home using company-provided equipment.
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accountant job in Boulder, CO. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role, specialized in Accounts Receivable and Collections.
This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $65,000 and $75,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities
- Generating and sending out client invoices and credit memos
- Managing client applications for lines of credit
- Collecting payments and applying them to client accounts
- Running various reports (AR, aging, collections, etc.)
- Preparing for audits
- Researching and resolving billing discrepancies
- Informing clients of overdue payments; working with clients to establish payment plans as necessary
- All other related tasks as required
Qualifications
- At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.
- Previous experience with SAP preferred but not required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
