Location: Wilsonville, OR 97070
Pay: $70k-80k DOE
Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be the protector and strategist behind our marketing efforts. This is more than just campaigns and social posts—it’s about creating trust, telling our story, and building a strong reputation in the marketplace.

  • Develop and oversee marketing strategies that align with company goals and values
  • Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring all messaging is consistent, authentic, and engaging
  • Manage digital channels (social, email, web) and create content that builds connection and credibility
  • Design and execute campaigns that generate leads, drive growth, and reinforce brand strength
  • Oversee events, community outreach, and sponsorships to keep us visible and impactful
  • Track metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategy to ensure continuous improvement

What You Need to Have

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, branding, and campaign management
  • Strong leadership and project management skills—you keep people and projects moving forward
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)—you know how to tell a story that sticks
  • Digital marketing expertise (social media, SEO, analytics, email campaigns)
  • A balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making
  • High integrity and the ability to safeguard the brand’s voice and reputation

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B or professional services industries
  • Familiarity with graphic design, video, or multimedia tools
  • Track record of building trust-based marketing campaigns that deliver results
