Be part of our retail client’s next chapter. This is a unique opportunity for a highly creative Graphic Designer to help define the look and feel of seasonal campaigns and everyday creative across in-store and online channels. The role sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, and merchandising—bringing ideas to life in ways that resonate with our guest, while elevating and evolving the brand voice.

Base pay range

$68.00/hr - $80.00/hr

What You’ll Own

  • Executing a wide range of creative assets for seasonal campaigns, product stories, and everyday brand moments across stores, e-commerce, social, and digital marketing.
  • Partnering with the Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to develop cohesive concepts that inspire our core audience.
  • Supporting the full creative production process, including asset creation, editing, retouching, and final delivery.
  • Ensuring consistency of brand identity and creative voice across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with external vendors, agencies, and photographers to deliver standout assets.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong background in fashion, retail or lifestyle brands
  • A portfolio that demonstrates multi-channel design execution and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience with asset preparation and post-production workflows, including editing and final file delivery.
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into inspiring, consumer-centric creative.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
