  • Policies & Reporting: Keep the Employee Handbook updated, prepare HR metrics, and support audits/inspections.

This role is a department of one — you’ll have the autonomy and visibility to directly shape HR strategy and execution for the plant while partnering with leadership across Finance, Operations, and Corporate HR.

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be Bilingual Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, Recruitment, payroll, benefits, UKG/ Inova HRIS, and safety programs.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, OSHA 10/30, or Payroll/HRIS credentials.
