Key Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands.
• Credit Risk: Drive step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis.
• Execution: Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and execute against the product strategy. Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently.
• Partnership: Work closely with colleagues across Client's Commercial Bank to improve Data Availability and Utilization for Risk Management.
• Strategic & analytic orientation: Demonstrate decision making and problem solving based on analytics with strong quantitative orientation for analytics-driven marketing and risk management.
• Business judgment and leadership: Be a tenacious decision maker with a responsible, results-oriented approach.
• Executive communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive agreement through negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Results orientation: Focus on achieving short and long-term goals and drive execution in uncertain environments.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment; previous consulting experience is a plus.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Key skills: Business Analysis, Google Suite/MS Office, Managing multiple projects, Product strategy.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering).
• At least 5 years of experience in analysis.
• Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering.
