Sr. Business Analyst - Onsite - Atlanta Metropolitan Area (do not apply if you cannot be onsite 100% of the time)

Must-Have Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management (functional & non-functional).
• Proven ability to define API service calls, including request/response formats for endpoints.
• Practical experience collaborating directly with API developers to ensure requirements are met.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-module integrations across test and production environments.
• Skilled in data flow analysis and diagramming (Lucidchart, Visio).
• Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).

Core Competencies

• Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to bridge business and IT.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create screen designs, user story maps, workflows, and other documentation.
• Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and writing end-user documentation.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR 9+ years of relevant BA/IS experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience leading data integration projects.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Previous experience working in federal, state, or regulated industries (government, healthcare, finance).
• Familiarity with compliance, governance, and security standards.
• Experience with organizational change management frameworks.
• Leadership experience guiding teams through Agile delivery.
