Local Contract Position: Certified Sterile Processor Duration: Length: 13 weeks - Extension/Conversion: Possible, depending on performance and manager expectations Location: Detroit, MI Schedule: 2:30pm - 11pm Monday - Friday with rotating weekends. Required Certification & Licensure: • NICHSPDP Certification is required as a qualification for a CSP Tech position Job Description: • The Central Sterile Processing Technician provides sterile products & instruments to all members of the health care team. • Candidate should have over five year of experience. Skills: • Ability to read, write, add, subtract, and read temperature gauges. Education/experience required: • High School Diploma or equivalent education is required. • Completion of an appropriate Aide training program, OR -A Central Technician program, OR 6 months' previous experience in Central Supply.
